Excellent hotel with easy access to the metro. The room is big and comfortable and the shower is to die for. The breakfast is also really good with a good selection of fruits, pastry and hot food. There are a few restaurant options around. And if you fancy a nice walk to town I'd say it will take around 40 min through a big and nice avenue. I definitely recommend it and will stay there again once in Lisbon.

Wish they switched up the breakfast sometimes, if you didnÂ¿t like something, your choices for food are set for the full stay. The staff at breakfast is amazing and kind though.

One of the Nicest hotel I've been to! You feel welcomed when you go to Lumen hotel. Friendly and nice service from the staff and the place feels very new and spacious. Rooms are big with comfortable bed and nice bathrooms. The gym is also very nice and clean. Breakfast menus are great with bunch of options with nice coffee. Definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Lisbon :) Would visit again!

One of the very best four-star hotels I have ever visited. And I've visited quite a few five-star hotels that were worse. Came here on business because our HQ is just a few minutes on foot away. And I'll book this hotel again without hesitation next time I'm here. It is very good. The rooms are squeaky clean and quite spacious. The hotel has recently been refurbished and it shows. The staff is excellent. Fast, efficient, super friendly, and fluent in English. The bar is unassuming but surprisingly well stocked. The breakfast is very much ok. I've had considerably worse breakfast buffets in 5-star hotels twice the price. Overall, very highly commendable. I'll be back.

Lovely hotel. Well specified, comfortable rooms. Stayed for a few nights while attending a conference. Meeting room facilities are very good, supported by a helpful and attentive catering team. Front desk staff were friendly but at times a bit inattentive. Gym facilities aren't great, but the property has a lovely little rooftop pool to enjoy sunny weather in. Location is ok, a short walk or taxi ride to the busy areas of the city. Benefit of being a bit further out is it is quiet at night. Overall very good, would happily return.
